In Memorium
Both our charities have been chosen because we feel strongly about the amazing work they do. One helping families going through life-changing and limiting circumstances to laugh and smile when they need it most, making sure it’s the special times that will always be remembered. The other charity provides palliative and end of life hospice care to patients and families relieving the distress of patients with advanced incurable diseases, mainly cancer. Jooles and Ian are taking three engraved pebbles, of their own, to cast overboard as a permanent ocean memorial to Jooles' childhood sweetheart whom she lost in 2020 and to Ian's parents who he lost to cancer. Be part of the journey and have your name rowed across all 3000 miles of the vast Atlantic Ocean. Your message of support will be so important to keep the crew motivated during the row.
